It took me four hours and a big fight and a big headache and finally there was this nice lady Caroline, I think, finally resolved it to my satisfaction it should not have taken that long. I love to order from your company I send quite a bit of roses to family. You have to understand that when You send flowers you don’t expect them to take a picture of it they don’t even have an iPhone they’re old she’s dying and I’m going really I was so pissed, but all was taken care of finally in the manner that I think it should have been your customer service over the phone with the chat line is awful so that should be changed also and going through a complaint should be taken care of more diligently and with not as many complications and jumped from here to jump to there it was awful again I say awful, but in the end it was taken care of very satisfactorily. I got a call from my sister-in-law that the roses were beautiful.
